My company have registered for trade mark at Department Intellectual Property since November last year and I did not yet receive any update from Department Intellectual Property thus, I would like to check the status of my trade mark, how can I check?

Panwa: Please note that normally after you have submitted the document for register trade mark at the Department Intellectual Property, the officer will approve the documents and send the result by post letter to the company’s address directly within 6 months to 1 year then, you can do in the next step, in case you need to check the status of your trade mark, you can use the application number to check directly on DIP system (www.ipthailand.go.th)
