VAT registration service | company registration Thailand

We are told by other professionals that we are not able to register tax ID and VAT because the rental agreement we signed is not under our company name, please advise for this matter?

I have a Thai registered company and have been engaged in retail business in Bangkok for less than 1 year. However, we are told by other professionals that we are not able to register tax ID and VAT because the rental agreement we signed is not under our company name....

The Company is importing almost cooked mussels and sells to Thailand, please advise should it pay VAT or not when we sell?

The Company is a VAT registrant which imports mussels that were chilled, then blanched with hot water until almost cooked for quality and size sorting, then it was frozen quickly, and packed into the vacuum packaging before putting in the freezer room. Please advise...
